Development - 6 x 3 bedroom terrace houses and 8 flats in Norbury – Current Project

Phase 1

After demolishing the existing warehouse on this site, we constructed a 6 x 3 bedroom terrace houses with garden and parking space. Works included full construction and finishes, utility connections, parking and external landscaping.

Phase 2

Partial demolition and complete reconstruction of the existing building, adding a story and construction of 8 flats in 1st and 2nd floors, fully maintaining intact an existing shop on the ground floor. Works included full construction and finishes, utility connections, parking and external landscaping.

Public building - Islamic Centre in Peckham – Current Projec

Innovative design

Second floor extension (a new second floor), the extension of the existing Mosque to provide a new prayer room on the second floor. Works included full construction and finishes, including extending one staircase by one story, strengthening of the existing roof slab construction to support the new construction of laminated timber beams/trusses, completion of the two minarets, new zinc roof.

Residential building – 2 bedroom detached house in Hackney – Current Project

Construction a 2 bedroom detached residential house. Works included full construction and finishes, utility connections and external landscaping.

Development – 24 x 2 bedroom apartments in Purley – Past Project

We undertook the refurbishment of a listed building and constructed 24 x 2 bedroom apartments. Work included full refurbishment and finishes, utility connections, ground work and landscaping.
